First of all: light cannabis (Cannabis sativa L. inflorescences with low THC, unadulterated) does not contain synthetic cannabinoids like MDMB-PINACA.
In recent hours, a serious issue has returned to the spotlight: the possible presence of synthetic cannabinoids in products sold as “light” cannabis. The Department of Policies Against Drugs and Other Dependencies (Presidency of the Council) has published a notice on products marketed as “light” cannabis that could contain the synthetic cannabinoid MDMB-PINACA, reporting serious effects and reminding that it is not recognizable by sight.
In light of this, the
Agricultural Company FACT takes a clear and public position: ZERO TOLERANCE.
1. We do not commercialize and have never commercialized synthetic cannabinoids, “sprayed” inflorescences or adulterated/contaminated products;
2. We dissociate ourselves from any practice that artificially “enhances” hemp or alters its composition;
3. We share the transparent and controlled supply chain approach also promoted by Canapa Sativa Italia.
The inflorescences we cultivate are natural and follow agronomic management oriented towards safety and traceability:
– Before harvest: we do not use synthetic pesticides; we adopt integrated pest management practices and responsible agronomic management.
– After harvest: we do not perform post-production treatments and the inflorescences are not sprayed or “enhanced” before being put on sale.
What we do concretely (transparency and controls)
– we work with traced supply chains (origin, batch, documentation);
– we request and keep laboratory analyses and compliance documents for batches;
– we make batch/analysis information available upon request (or where required, through official company channels).
Precautionary guidelines for consumers
We invite everyone to adopt simple good practices:
– be wary of products that promise “strong effects” or marked alterations;
– only purchase from operators who provide origin, batch and analyses;
– remember that the presence of dangerous substances cannot be seen with the naked eye.
